The short version
Managers and procurement teams want to know how a supplier works before they commit. This page sets out how we plan, run and record commercial work, and how we handle your paperwork requirements.
Before we quote
- We talk to you about the site, who we deal with, what you want cleaned and how often
- Where we can, we look at the site or at photos and any specification you have
- You get a written scope per site, with the services, areas, frequency and access agreed
- We tell you honestly if something is not suited to the method you had in mind
Working safely on site
- We agree safe working areas and how any area is closed off or signed with you first
- We agree access, including how any higher areas will be reached
- We protect people, planting, vehicles and entrances in the way agreed with you
- We agree how run-off and waste are handled before work starts
Communication on the day
- Visits are confirmed by text in advance
- We tell you who will attend
- Residents or staff are informed in the way you prefer
- We tell you straight away if anything unexpected comes up
After every visit
- A completion record: what was cleaned, any areas we could not reach and why, and anything we noticed that may need a different trade
- Photographs where agreed
- The next agreed action, such as the next visit date
- Invoices raised the way you need them, with your reference or purchase order number
Documents and paperwork
- Tell us what your organisation, scheme or procurement process requires
- We will confirm what we can supply before any work begins
- We do not claim accreditations or documents that we cannot show you
