Property Access
We will notify you by text at least 24 hours in advance, usually by Text Message that we will be attending to arrange access to the rear of the property.

The first clean at your home is usually a deep clean. We will revitalise your frames and sills, remove any paint or other marks from the glass, this then enables us to provide you with a much better clean going forward.
We will endeavour to cater for all of our clients needs wherever possible so will always use the traditional method for cleaning when safe and appropriate to do so. We clean the WHOLE window including frames and sills as dirt left on a window or sill can eat away at the surface, causing damage over time.
We recommend window cleaning service on a monthly basis but do also offer a bi-monthly service, one off cleans and end of tenancy cleaning service.
Payment
Payment can be taken at the time the service is carried out if you are present at the property. If you book a regular cleaning service we would ask that you make payment Via GOCARDLESS and details for this are on our
PAYMENTS page. GOCARDLESS is by far the simplest method of payment and once you have set this up the first time there is no need to do anything else.
